SPARK Musicality Easter Junior Course - Monday 7 - Wednesday 9 April 2025

Course Information:

For younger pupils (Years 1-4) we are running another SPARK Musicality Junior course. Jenny Jones and Raphy McDavitt-Lowe return to lead the course from Monday 7 – Wednesday 9 April 2025. Children will learn a series of songs and dances and some acting and drama games over three mornings culminating in an informal performance to parents. For those who would like to stay on into the afternoon the option remains for an extended course with crafting and games linked to the performance the children are working towards.

Pupils may elect to bring a packed lunch and stay on each day until 3:15pm where they will continue with crafts, musical and drama games. This extended course is available on the 7 and 8 April at a total cost of £40. The course will end at 12:30pm on Wednesday 9 April (with a performance starting at 12:10pm)

Location - The Durlacher, St Andrew's Prep, Meads Street, Eastbourne, BN20 7RP

Timings - 9.30am - 12.30pm daily

JUNIOR EXTENDED COURSE

Timings - Monday 7 and Tuesday 8 April 9.30am - 3.15pm, Wednesday 9.30am - 12.30pm

For children and parents who would prefer to stay on until 3:15pm we can offer an extended option on the Monday and Tuesday of the course. The children will follow the same Musical Theatre Course during the morning but will be able to stay on for an afternoon session on the Monday and Tuesday. For this we ask children to bring a packed lunch and a snack/refillable water bottle for lunch/afternoon. The children will be supervised for lunch and some playtime (outside weather permitting) between 12:30 – 1:15pm.

Cost for extended course - £139

There will be an Informal performance of the work to parents on Wednesday at 12:10pm.
