Nursery Application form 2025 - 2026

To be eligible for a place at Heathland Nursery, your child must be born between 1st September 2021 and 31 August 2022

To apply for a nursery place to start in September 2025 please complete the application form below.

If you need an immediate nursery school place (DOB between 01.09.2020 and 31.08.2021) please contact the school direct.

Your child can attend nursery either in the mornings or afternoons You will be given the option during your application, or if either session is acceptable to you. Depending on the number of applications we receive, we may be in a position to offer an all day place. Please note that a decision will be made at a later date.

To complete the application you will need:- 1. Information about your child 2.Proof of address 3. Proof of Date of Birth, 4. your preferred attendance session. Please complete this form by Monday 3rd March 2024. (Any late applications will be dealt with, week beginning 21st April 2024).

You will be notified about the outcome of your application week beginning 10th March. Parents who are unsuccessful in securing a place will automatically be placed on the school's waiting list.

Depending on the number of applications, your child will either be offered a morning, afternoon or all day session. We will do our best to offer you your preferred session.

If there are more applications than places then we will use our oversubscription criteria to decide who gets an offer of a place. Parents who are unsuccessful in securing any place will automatically be placed on the school's waiting list.

All Day - 30 hours

Please only select the option below if you will qualify for this. If you would like the additional 15 hours but are not sure if you qualify please read the guidance from Harrow Council first.
