Childs Safeguarding Alert

Your safety and happiness is our highest priority and we want to be able to help you when we can. We know it can be daunting talking face-to-face about your worries, so this form is for you to share them with the safeguarding team at Park Road Primary School who want to help you.

One or more of our safeguarding leads will talk to you following us receiving your form. This will be Miss Hart, Mrs Taylor, Mrs Harrison or Mrs Breen. If we feel that our mental health and wellbeing champions will help you, Miss Fenner or Mrs Morris will have a chat with you.

We can not keep this information to ourselves as we may have to share this with other trusted adults. The trusted adults may be from Trafford's Children's Services who also want to keep you safe and happy.

If you can not talk to an adult at home and you feel that you are at immediate risk of harm, please ring the police on 999 or if you need some advice when school is closed you can ring Childline on 0800 1111.
